• With Access Card: Scan card → Barrier opens → Vehicle passes → Safety sensor activates → Barrier closes → Data recorded.

• Without Access Card: Contact security → Register → Security manually opens barrier → Vehicle passes → Barrier closes.

4.2 Car/Truck Access

• With RFID Card: Vehicle approaches (2–4m) → System auto-detects card → Barrier opens → Vehicle passes → Barrier closes → Data recorded.

• Without Card: Contact security → Register → Security manually opens barrier → Vehicle passes → Barrier closes.
